Agreement to Terms

By using the services of PrimeLine Hanford Tree Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our tree service offerings in Hanford, CA and surrounding areas.

Services Description

PrimeLine Hanford Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related work. All services are performed by trained professionals with appropriate equipment and safety measures.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the work is unsafe, illegal, or beyond the scope of our capabilities. Your safety and the safety of our crew are our top priorities.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. All estimates are based on our initial assessment and may be adjusted if conditions change or additional work is required. You will be informed of any changes before we proceed with the work.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including the location of underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler lines, and any other obstacles. You must also ensure that our crew has clear access to the work area.

If you have pets, please keep them indoors or in a secure area during our work. You should also remove any valuable items or decorations from the work area to prevent damage.

Property Access and Liability

By hiring us, you grant permission for our crew and equipment to access your property to perform the agreed services. We will make every effort to minimize damage to your lawn and landscaping, but some disruption is normal with tree work.

We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles that were not disclosed to us before work began.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

Emergency Services

Our emergency tree removal services are available 24/7 for urgent situations such as fallen trees blocking roads or posing immediate danger. Emergency service rates may differ from standard rates due to the urgent nature and timing of the work.

We will assess the situation and provide you with pricing information before beginning emergency work whenever possible.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can address your concerns.

However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or trimming, as many factors affect tree health. We also cannot be held responsible for damage caused by storms or natural events after our work is completed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

In areas where trees may affect power lines or other utilities, we recommend contacting your utility company before work begins. We are not responsible for power outages or utility damage unless caused by our negligence.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for tree removal or work on your property. We can provide guidance on local regulations, but it is your responsibility to ensure all work complies with local laws and homeowner association rules.

If we discover during our work that permits are required and have not been obtained, we reserve the right to stop work until proper permits are secured.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
